Early Booking Conditions

1. Prices quoted are based on tariffs available at the time of quoting, actual prices may change for the actual dates quoted.
2. Should the price change more than 10%, clients may cancel their booking without penalties
3. Hotels used are guide only.
4. No booking is made at the time of quoting, all services will be subject to availability.
5. 50% of the total cost quoted is required as deposit when a booking is requested.
6. Deposit paid is non-refundable.

Early Booking Warnings

1. Gallipoli and surrounding area within 100 kms have accommodation capacity to approx. 10,000 people. Authorities say that, more than 50,000 visitors are expected in 2015.
2. Proposed itinerary is prepared in line with current information available from authorities.
3. The planning of 25 April 2015 has yet to be finalised by the Australian and Turkish governments. Confirmed tour members will be advised promptly when specific details come to hand.
4. When a booking is made and deposit is paid, hotels will be paid in full at the time of booking request from clients to guarantee the accommodation.
